If you change your mind about your purchase or have ordered the incorrect size we will be happy to offer you a full refund through our easy online returns portal.

We have a 14 Day Returns Policy, this applies from your order purchase date. 

We can’t offer direct exchanges at this time, however you can repurchase the correct size or item when we process your refund.

  • Swimwear

If you do return any of the items listed above, which we are unable to provide returns for we will have to return item to sender and you may be charged by Australia Post for the return postage to collect your item/s back. 

We are diligent in making sure all our items are quality controlled however If your item is faulty, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund. If you consider your item to be faulty, you must notify us within 5 days from the day you receive your item and the item must be unworn and unwashed.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • All items should be intact with the original labels attached and unworn
  • All items should be in the original packaging, if you are unable to provide original packaging please return in a post satchel.
  • Until your items reach us they are the responsibility of the sender and we cannot be liable for lost or damaged items during transportation. We recommend tracking your item.
  • Postage costs on all returns are at the customers expense unless the item was faulty or the wrong item was delivered
  • Any item not in its original condition with tags attached or damaged for reasons outside a manufacturing error will not be eligible for a return, refund, or gift card
  • Due to health regulations we are unable to refund on swimwear, underwear or jewellery purchases
